HISTORY & DESCRIPTION:

The ISIS 33 Class was designed by Robert Tucker in the late 1960s and built by Bridge Boats Ltd. Reading. Launched in 1969 under the ownership of G Twyman of Canterbury and stationed on the River Swale at Conyer and named CHAA SZEE.

The current owner bought the vessel some years ago and instructed naval architect David Greening to adapt the keel for inland waterways cruising. LADY CHRISTINA JANE has been fully refurbished throughout to a high standard and makes a very comfortable family boat with a separate aft cabin ideal for extended families or youngsters.

Saloon with two settee berths, fitted galley, heads compartment, chart table. Aft twin berth cabin. Central cockpit with new fitted canopy giving a protected helm in all weathers.

The deck is 3/8ins thick x 1 1/8 ins wide teak planks on 1/2 ins thick marine ply decking.
The hull is constructed of 7/8 ins thick x 11/2 ins wide Agba planks, glued and edge fastened.

All new and unused equipment and installed fittings and fixtures including the Fore, Aft, Cabins and Cockpit seating soft furnishings and Cushions, Cabin and locker access covers and cockpit canopy.

Beta BD 1005 3 cylinder 28 HP Diesel purchased in 18/12/2002, installed in 2019 and commissioned in 2020. Fitted with a Vetus Water Lock and exhaust system and Twin Vetus cooling water inlet strainers and connecting system. Tek-Tanks 91 litre Red Tank complete with fuel sender, and fuel filters and filled via a Vetus splash-stop filling unit.
Tek-Tanks series C 80 litre fresh water tank with water sender and fittings feeding a Whale manual Galley foot pump.

Plastimo 2000 LPG cooker and hob unit filled via a 4.5 Kg Gas Bottle and leak detector.

Thetford battery operated WC unit which has not been filled or used.

Two Pure Drive Batteries in boxes, 1 -100 watt DC domestic battery and 1-65 watt DC Starting battery. Connections via a B.E.P. Marine 716 Battery Distribution Cluster.
Electrical System is via 1-M S C DC Distribution Panel and 1-M S C 240 volt A C DISTRIBUTION PANEL with Port and Starboard side shore inlet connections.
1-Pyle Marine Boat iPod Stereo Radio.
Instruments are VDO, Wema-Systems AS,and Farina Marine Instruments.
The vessel is controlled by Navman Marine Electronics via a 7000 VHF Marine Radio, a 3100 Speed,Water Depth and Temperature Instrument and Navman Tracker GPS Chartplotter.
Additional power comes from 1-Halfords Solar Power Battery Maintainer.
Plastimo Deck mounted Compass and a Sestral hand held compass
2 mast mounted electric horns and 1 removable spot light together with cabin side mounted navigation lights.
4- Bilge pumps, 1 Whale Gusher Manual Urchin,1 Rule Lo Pro Auto Submersible and 2 Whale 500 Submersible Electric Pumps.
Windlass is a Lofrans Royal manual with Bow Roller holding a Plough Anchor connected by 10 metres of 8mm measured chain and 30 metres of 12mm leaded anchor line.
2 Horse Shoe Lifebuoy sets with floating lights and 1 Inshore two piece Danbury marker.
6 White Mooring Fenders, 4 Mooring Warps, and 6 Mooring Lines and 1 Heaving Line.
SS Boat Hook.
Mahogany Ensign Staff.
Portable step Ladder.
Fire Blanket and 1 Fire Extinguisher.
The Engine Shaft is fitted with 1 R&D Rope Cutter and 1 Sea Shield Marine sacrificial Anode with integral Rope Cutter.
The Hull Metal Components are protected via 6 MG Duff AD56Disc shaped Aluminium Anodes.

All fittings and equipment is new and unused.
