BROKERS NOTE:
A traditional Breton style motor fishing vessel, previously restored and unconverted, suitable for leisure or commercial use subject to regulations. Heloise with the addition of a cabin over the original hold and re-configured deck could be converted to an attractive motor-cruiser or ideal for angling/diving.
Maintained by specialist wooden boat repairer 2012-2015. Laid-up ashore for over twelve months and now requiring some planking repairs and re-commissioning. Latest photos July 2020, previous images were taken when last in commission.
