The Riva Junior is one of the most popular sports runabouts produced by the Riva Company from 1967 to 1972, the model was designed as a multi-purpose boat principally for the USA market for use as a tender or for water skiing.
With its distinct open cockpit design, sundeck and easy maintainance hull in all 626 Juniors were built during its five year production run.
Since the first Riva Sports Boats of the 1950’s the name of Riva has become a world famous design icon owned by Royalty, Film Stars and Celebrities.
The Riva Society Great Britian formed about ten years ago helps ensure the survival of these legendary classics.
This particular early example has been dry stored in the South of France for a number of years and now requires renovation to restore her former glory. The hull is in good order with a recent new under-water hull and transom.
The original deck is in excellent condition with the interior requiring refurbishment. Original instruments and cockpit seats and upholstery in good condition (dry stored) Wooden storage cradle and original cover. 99% original chrome plated hardware.
