Classic Yacht Brokerage Comments on this Oystercatcher 16 Gaff Cutter
Oystercatcher 16 built by Mayfly Classic Boats, Cornwall in 1993. Build No.7
The boat has seen little use over the years, most of owners have dry sailed her with sporadic summer excursions which is evident from her condition.
She was bought by the builder in 2021 and then purchased by the current owner who has upgraded and improved the boat putting her in very tidy and ready to go condition.
She comes with a road trailer that has a piggy back launching trolley making launching and retrieval very simple. There is an electric winch to pull the boat and trolley back up onto the trailer taking all the hard work out of the job.
She is very well equipped with everything needed to go sailing, plus she has a custom made winter cover to protect her from the elements. IT would be hard to find a better example of the class.
